3. Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to find a tailored job opportunity matching your profile and experience within 30 days of your payment being verified, you are entitled to a full refund of the registration fee you paid.

4. Conditions for Eligibility

• Your payment must have been verified by SB Consultant.
• You provided complete and accurate information and documents (profile details, CV, passport copy) in the app.
• You responded to our requests for information or documents within a reasonable time.
• You have not rejected or ignored suitable job opportunities presented to you that match your profile.
• You submit your refund request within 7 days after the 30-day period ends.

5. When a Refund Is Not Available

• A suitable job offer matching your profile was provided and you chose not to proceed.
• You supplied false, incomplete, or misleading information or documents.
• You withdraw voluntarily after a job match has been presented.
• Visa approval or rejection decisions made by an embassy or immigration authority — we do not control these decisions, and our guarantee relates to the job-matching service.
• Fees paid to third parties (embassy fees, medical tests, courier, translation, etc.), which are non-refundable by us.

7. Refund Processing

• Requests are reviewed within 3–5 working days.
• Approved refunds are sent to the same bank account or mobile wallet used for payment, or another account you verify, within 7–10 working days of approval.
• You will be notified by email or WhatsApp once the refund is processed.

8. Affiliate Promo Code Discounts

If you paid a discounted fee using an affiliate promo code, the refund will be the amount you actually paid.

8. Affiliate Program
